Greetings All-Stars!

Sadly it falls to me to tell you that on the final day of e3 there hasn't been even a glimmer of PlayStation All-Stars present at the conferences or show floors.

We expected as much but still, rather gutting.

In an interview with the president of Sony Worldwide Studios however, Shuhei Yoshida expresses his fondness of the title and that he was "proud" of the result.

"Shuhei really hopes “there is a future for All-Stars,” he was happy with the game itself (such as the characters and world), and mentioned that it did “quite well” at “more than a million units globally. But it was not enough to have the momentum in terms of a business standpoint to continue to add characters or do a sequel.”"

That last sentiment seems to confirm that even the DLC is not going to continue. We shall wait for final confirmation from Sony Santa Monica for this before assuming that the support for the game has completely ended.

Lastly, he says that they would "“never say never” when it came to the future of PlayStation All-Stars, saying he’d “like to see us come back to the idea,” but “maybe not the same mechanic.”"

If you still want DLC or the prospect of a new All-Stars game in a new format, then please show your SUPPORT when tweeting people such as Sony Santa Monica, SuperBot Entertainment, Shuhei Yoshida, Seth Killian and Omar Kendall.

Because FYI, being mean to them such as angry complaints and accusations isn't going to do you or the community any favours!
